The admission requirements for the September 2026 intake are listed below. Applications open on 1 October 2025
Numerus fixus for the English track
The English track of the Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Economics has a numerus fixus. This means only 850 places are available in the first year. To apply, you are required to participate in the selection procedure. The application deadline is 15 January. Please note: The Dutch track does not have a selection procedure.
Choose between 2 language tracks
If you are a Dutch-speaking student, you can also opt for our Dutch track. Both programmes are identical in terms of level and content. If you’re looking for a smoother transition to a fully English-taught programme, the Dutch track could be the right choice for you.

I have Dutch prior education
Application deadline
The application deadline for the Dutch track is 1 May 2026 (or 1 April 2026 if you require a new Visa/Residence permit).
Please follow this application procedure if you have:
- obtained or will obtain a Dutch VWO diploma.
- obtained a Dutch secondary school degree and have obtained or will obtain a Dutch HBO propeadeuse.

- obtained or will obtain an international (non-Dutch) diploma or degree (including an International Baccalaureate).
- obtained an international (non-Dutch) secondary school degree and have obtained or will obtain a Dutch HBO propaedeuse.
