'With a background in psychology, mental health and well-being have always been close to my heart. I’m grateful to work with my supervisors on a topic that feels both innovative and deeply relevant to the future of work.
My PhD research looks at how artificial intelligence shapes employee well-being in today’s fast-changing and complex workplace. I focus on two things: first, understanding both the bright and the dark sides of AI for well-being; and second, taking a dynamic perspective by using AI itself to track and improve employees’ well-being over time.'
'What excites me most is the chance to help organizations build thriving workforces in the AI era, and at the same time empower individuals to care for their own well-being and flourish, at work and beyond.'
