This series introduces us to a different employee every week. Find out what they most enjoy about their job and learn things you might not know about them yet. This week: Peter Snoeren, an ABS researcher with the Strategy & International Business section.

What do you like most about your job?

Academia is the best place to be for lifelong learning. It provides so many opportunities to teach and conduct research in topics that interest me. There's never a dull moment.

Which research from the past year are you most proud of?

I don't know if 'proud' is quite the right word, but at the moment, I'm really interested in how businesses and/or stakeholders distribute the value they jointly contribute. I'm working on setting up a research programme with colleagues and students. This programme will focus on exploring the influence relationship governance has on the distribution of value within these relationships.

What do colleagues probably not know about you?

Before I ended up in the world of academia, I studied engineering and I can speak a little Italian. Quindi, a il gruppo dimenticato di ingegneri italiani che non parlano inglese: Se vuoi, puoi parlare con me ðŸ˜Š.
