The section Macro and International Economics focuses on applied and theoretical research within the areas of macro and international economics, such as business cycle analysis, environmental macroeconomics, fiscal policy, growth theory, international trade and finance, macro-finance, monetary economics, pension economics and public economics.

Research

The section MInt includes research programme MInt Amsterdam.

Teaching

Members of the section Macro and International Economics teach within the Bachelor’s programmes of Economics and Business, the Master’s programmes of the Amsterdam School of Economics and the Research Master in Economics (Tinbergen Institute).
