Please note that we do not offer any advice about eligibility to our Programmes. We review all applications with the utmost care and therefore advise always to register in Studielink and apply through our online application system Embark, this will open again in October.

Meet us around the world

The University of Amsterdam regularly participates in a number of education fairs worldwide. At these events, you can get brochures and information, and attend presentations about studying at the UvA.

Office hours Admissions Office

By phone: +31 (0)20 525 4327 - 10:00 - 11:00 and 15:00 - 16:00 (CET), daily except Wednesdays.

By Skype Chat: Skype-id: admissions.uva, daily between 13:00 - 17:00 hrs (CET). If you already have a call number from our Digital Desk Form, please mention this number (starts with AC) in the chat.

Visiting hours: 13:30 - 14:30 hrs in room E 2.27, daily except Wednesdays and Thursdays. The visiting hours are open to applicants who need to hand in documents or have questions about their application.

Please note that during the office hours, we cannot make definite statements about your eligibility to the programme. Such statements can only be made on the basis of a complete and timely application submitted through our online application system Embark, all of which are reviewed with the utmost care.

Addresses

Please note that we have three different addresses for different purposes. The visiting address is only for visits and not for mail. Our general mail address is for non-registered mail. If you want to send registered mail via a shipping company like DHL, UPS or FedEx, send it to our registered mail address.
